By using UseTiks Africa (“UseTiks”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an organizer account.
2. Ticket Purchases
- All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled.
- Refunds are at the discretion of the event organizer.
- UseTiks charges a 3% + 30 NGN platform fee on paid ticket sales.
- Reselling tickets at inflated prices is prohibited.
3. Organizer Obligations
- Event details must be accurate and not misleading.
- Organizers must deliver the event as described.
- Organizers are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations.
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Using the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.
- Attempting to bypass security measures or rate limits.
- Harassing other users, organizers, or staff.
5. Limitation of Liability
UseTiks is a marketplace platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of events listed by organizers. Our liability is limited to the amount of platform fees paid.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
